Payment Information - Dues

 

Please make checks, money order, or cashier's check payable to the “Union City Townhouse Association” or “UCTA,” and send to

4444 Castille Court, Union City, CA 94587.

 

The current dues are $319.48 per month from March 1, 2025 until February 2026.

 

** Starting March 1, 2026 until February 28, 2027 the dues are $319.90 per month. Please make sure you correct your bill pay payments. 

 

The association dues are due by the 15th of each month. Delinquent assessments are subject to a late charge in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the delinquent assessment or ten dollars ($10.00), whichever is greater. 

 

Please put your lot and track number on your monthly payment. Your lot and track numbers are your account number, without it, we don’t know what account the check goes too, especially homeowners who send their checks through their bank or online. You can find your lot and track number on your coupons, or you can call or email us at the office, and we can look it up for you.
