YOUR WATER METER WILL BE REPLACED
Starting Monday, October 20, 2025, the homeowner’s water meter will be replaced with a wireless water meter. This project will take a couple of months to complete. There is no cost to you. If you choose to use your own plumber, you will have to pay for the installation, but not the water meter. Please contact the office if you would like to use your own plumber. The California Sub Meters’ contractor will start with the broken water meters that are located in the front yards. Before your new water meter is installed, the contractor will document the readings of the old meter and the new meter. The Association’s maintenance crew will be removing the electrical line and the touch pad after your meter has been replaced with the new wireless water meter. You will not be billed for the installation or your new wireless water meter. If there is a problem installing your new wireless water meter, the contractor will not install it, and the owner will be contacted.
If your water meter is installed in the backyard or the garage, you will receive a notice on the date of your installation.
The contractor will try to make the installation of your wireless water meter as easy as possible.
